An Australian Magpie-Lark or peewee (Grallina cyanoleuca) has nothing to do with a magpie an Australian magpie nor a lark. More about this native Australian bird is at australian museun online. This one is a male, main differences from the female are white eyebrows and black throat. It was resting on a lamp on Lower Fort Street, just by the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
