After the break from work in the first week of 2012 in Luang Prabang, I got back to work with a crazy schedule:
- Monday-Tuessday: catching up with emails and the preparing for the following days
- Wednesday-Thursday: video interviewing some key speakers in the 2nd Conference on Evidence-Based Anti-Corruption Policies and working on a web page for Laos
- Friday-Saturday: covering Regional Smart Patrol Training in Huai Kha Khaeng Wildlife Sanctuary
That left only Sunday for a chance to relax if the memory card did not get corrupt at the end of the shooting. Therefore I had to do some research on reccovering the works we have done for the week. I decided to get to the office to see if it might work. And the card was mysteriously OK.
It was an intense week with diverse tasks and content, from interviews with academics in a hotel conference room to photo shoots wih a bunch of park ranger leaders from the region in a world heritage site.
Can’t wait until those materials coming together. In the mean time, apart from postproduction of these projects, I have to deal with other day-to-day duties and more to come.
