Governor Phillip Tower late in the afternoon. I didn’t have to do much in the post process. This is quite real gold light from the sunlight onto the building. This is quite special because I didn’t even have to crop or rotate to create this alignment.
I like the pink shade of sunset on the Opera House in the late autumn afternoon like this. If you look at the lamp, you can see distorted reflection of the Sydney Harbour Bridge.
I have to confess. This was the first time I’d been to the Opera House. After all these years I’ve been living in Sydney, I had the chance to get closer to it for the. I have to admit that I have a wow effect to the place. Now I realise how iconic it is.
I’m so pleased that I noticed the reflect on this building. At this time of the day and in this time of the year in Sydney, walking along street in cold breeze is not too bad when you get some good shots. eh?
The tower in the background is AMP Tower (Centrepoint), Sydney. It was taken in the corner of Harris Street and William Henry Street on 06/02/03. The old building is still there next to–or in–the construction site. I can’t get this shot anymore unless I have to get in the site.
