It’s the encoding breakdown from video streaming of Thai Prime Minister, Abhisit Vejjajiva, (as of 14 March 2010) interview on NBT regarding the pro-Thaksin protester rally towards Bangkok. Of course, the last few pictures are photoshopped but the very last one when he turns blue is authentic from the streaming. He looks like that exiled tycoon-turned-politician.
